Fishing

Waqaa,
We have started to stock our freezer with Salmon. Our nutty neighbor Sue (seen here) has her own net and we have been pulling it in morning and night. Jesse was in charge of rowing the boat out and taking the fish out of the net. He had several kids helping him (if you can call it that). Since then we have figured out how to rig it so that we can pull it in and put it out without going in the boat. We bar-b-qued some earlier tonight and it was quite tasty.
I have been in Unalakleet for the last 2 days for training and I am in no way ready to start school on Monday. Tomorrow (Saturday) is a work day for us but we have meetings and a welcome back picnic. I will most likely be there all day on Sunday and late into the night.
We've heard that the weather has finally gotten really hot down there. It is about 50 degrees here and has been pretty sunny.
Quyana!
